JCBC has purched a Siebel Sensory Training Kit! This is a kit with different flavors that you may taste in beer – some good, some bad. We will dose a light beer with the chemical compounds and taste them so brewers can learn to identify when something has gone wrong in their beer. We’ll also discuss what causes these flavors, when they’re expected, and how to prevent them.
