Happy St Patrick’s Day! For our March Meeting we have a special guest speaker! Cameron, the head cider maker from Ironbound Cider will be joining us to discuss cider-making and answer any questions you may have about the process, the business, or the history. Ironbound has their own orchards and has been growing some interesting cultivars of apples recently, so this should be very interesting. Please invite your friends!
Also this month is our monthly brew duel – this time between Phil and Kendall who brewed a nut brown ale with cashews added. We’ll also discuss elections which will be coming up in a few months.
