This is not our typical brewery field trip! We’re visiting during a production day before the taproom opens and will get to see some behind-the-scenes stuff. We’ll check out their unique method for dry hopping (Warning: it’s LOUD), and may see the canning line in action. We’re also thinking of a sensory panel with barrels from their barrel aging program. Whatever we get up to, it won’t be your usual brewery tour.
