For our November meeting Jersey City Roasters will be joining us to discuss fermentation and roasting of coffee beans, brewing coffee, brewing with coffee, and more! There will be samples to try out, including some co-fermentations. So if you’re interested in coffee this will be a great meeting.
The November brew duel is milk stout with pumpkin and cardamom. Wow! We’ll also finalize some details about our upcoming holiday party (12/12) and talk about the spring bus trip destination. This is also our last meeting of the year as we don’t have a December meeting.
Meeting will be our usual time and place – 2nd Monday each month, 7PM at Departed Soles Brewing.
